What Compassion Compels Jesus to Do! Matthew 9:18-32

a. He Forgives Sins!
b. He Saves Sinners!

Matthew 9:13 "But go and learn what this means: ' I DESIRE COMPASSION, AND NOT SACRIFICE,' for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

It's the Point of Bethlehem!

Matthew 1:21 "She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins." NASU

Matthew 18:11 " For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.

John 1:29 The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

Romans 5:6 For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. NASU

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

1 Timothy 1:15 It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world tosave sinners, among whom I am foremost of all. 16 Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.

Our Response – Christ Likeness!

•  Are You Compassionate?

•  Do You See What Jesus Sees?

•  Are You Available! – Wherever – Whenever!

Isaiah 6:8-9 Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?" Then I said, "Here am I. Send me!"

•  Will You Go to the Unfamiliar?

•  Are You Sowing and Reaping the Gospel in People's Lives?
