The Journey to Freedom! 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 Psalm 84:5 How blessed is the man whose strength is in You, In whose heart are the highways to Zion ! 6 Passing through the valley of Baca they make it a spring; The early rain also covers it with blessings. 7 They go from strength to strength, Every one of them appears before God in Zion . Romans 6:1-4 – We Find the Journey being one from Death to Life! Romans 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. John 8:31-36 – “So If the son Makes You Free, You shall be fee indeed!” How Does the Son Make You Free? Galatians 5:13 -25 – Called to Freedom – Walk By the Spirit! 2. In Community With the Church!
John 13:34 "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 " By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
Romans 15:7 Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God.
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Admonish - to caution or reprove gently:
1 Peter 4:10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing. Hebrews 3:13 But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called "Today," so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. 14
Hebrews 10:24 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, 25 not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.
James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
Exodus 33:12-23 – The Request of Moses! Exodus 34:1-9 – The Law and the Glory of God! This Glory Fades Away! 2 Corinthians 3:13 and are not like Moses, who used to put a veil over his face so that the sons of Israel would not look intently at the end of what was fading away. Why? Romans 8
This Glory Does Not Fade! 2 Corinthians 3:18 – Transformed from Glory to Glory into the Same Image! Fix your eyes on Jesus! Hebrews 12:1-3 |
