A First Word! Mary Knew!

1. Mary Knew the Favor (Grace) of God!

1 Peter 4:10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

Two aspects of the Manifold Grace of God.

• Grace that Saves!

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

• Grace that Empowers You! 2 Corinthians 12:7-10

• The Grace to Face the Persecution of Community!

• The Grace to Face the Hardship!

• The Grace to Face His Ultimate Crucifixion and Her Great Loss!
• The Grace to Live Right! Titus 2:11-14

  3. Mary Knew the Fundamental Nature and Purpose of this Son of Hers!
  a. Savior, Which Meant the Messiah.
  b. Son of the Most High!
  c. King of Kings!
  
  4. She Knew the Word! Isaiah 9:1-7
  5. She Believed the Word!

Romans 10:17 So faith comes fromhearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
