Here’s the What! God’s Glory and Man’s Need! Matthew 6:9-13

1. The Glory of God! God’s Glory for His Name, his Kingdom and His Will!

James 4:2 You do not have because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures.

• The Priority of His Name

• Jehovah –Jireh – I am Provider
• Jehovah – Shamma! I am Present!
• Jehovah – Shalom – I am Peace!

• The Priority of His Kingdom! Thy Kingdom Come!

Romans 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 4:20 For the kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power.

Matthew 6:25-34 – The Contrast of Priorities!

• The Priority of His Will! Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven

2. The Needs of Our Lives! Daily Provision, Forgiveness of Sins and Deliverance from the Evil One!
